At "RUVEN" we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

1. The item must be in its original condition, unwashed, and unused with no perfume or fragrance.
2. It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Please note:

• Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
